It’s hard to believe that ten years have gone by since Nick founded the Shannin Law Firm in 2012! He started the firm with a strong foundation in appellate and government law, working with experienced paralegal Maria Figley and bookkeeper Deb Chaudhry. The firm expanded to include legal assistant Courtney Stauffer and attorney Carol Shannin in 2014.
The Shannin Law Firm is fortunate to have this core of dedicated, experienced team members. As with every other business, the pandemic forced us to quickly adapt to remote meetings and virtual hearings and mediations. Courtney and Maria provided invaluable assistance in setting up the technology necessary to maintain the excellent work product and customer service that we intend to provide, even when we are working remotely. While we are back in the office in person most days, the courts continue to conduct some legal business remotely. This is likely to be a permanent change, as remote hearings and oral arguments can save clients money while still providing access to the courts. The Shannin Law Firm is committed to ensuring our clients have the best representation possible, whether in person or remotely.
